General bug fixes and improvements
Fixed: We accidentally removed the attendance reports and "new event" button for leaders. It's back now!
Improved: When viewing a group's event details page, actions that used to be hidden in the "…" menu are now available directly on the page.
Improved: The default sort on the member tab in a Group now show leaders at the top of the list and adds a sort option to sort by either role or last name.
